The etsy uploader performs the following functions:

• - Reads a local, standardized folder structure to find new product listings to upload
• - Uses the Etsy API to get an existing listing that we use as a template
• - Modifies the retreived JSON to set descriptions etc. to that of the item in the local folder
• - Posts the new json as a new listing
